Built by an operator.
For operators.

TrackItWeekly started with a clipboard, a walk-in cooler, and 15 stores that deserved better.

The Story

I spent 20 years running 15 stores across two franchisees and three brands. Cinnabon, Auntie Anne’s and Carvel Express. The whole fast-casual gauntlet.

Every week it was the same: someone handed me a clipboard and said ‘go count the back.’ No system. No method. Just a piece of paper and whoever happened to be available.

I watched thousands of dollars walk out the door in shrinkage, over-ordering, and stockouts — not because people didn’t care, but because there was no tool built for how we actually work. The POS tracks what sold. The spreadsheet tracks what you think you have. Nothing tracks what’s actually on the shelf.

So I built one.

TrackItWeekly is a cloud-based inventory app that turns your weekly count into an automatic ordering plan. Your team counts on their phone. The app calculates usage, sets PAR levels, flags what’s low, and emails the vendor-ready order list. Done.

No hardware. No POS integration. No IT department. Just open a browser and start counting.

What We Believe

Paper is not a system.

A clipboard can’t text you when you’re about to run out.

Your POS tracks sales. We track what’s actually on the shelf.

Shrinkage, waste, vendor short-ships — none of that shows in POS data.

30 minutes a week beats a 3-hour monthly audit.

Weekly counts catch problems while they’re still small.

Who It’s For

Cafes, food trucks, bakeries, QSR, gyms, retail boutiques, and multi-location franchise operators. If you’re counting on paper, a spreadsheet, or nothing at all — this is for you.
