Partner Program Agreement
Effective Date: August 14, 2026
This agreement governs participation in the TrackItWeekly Partner Program, operated by Real Operations, LLC ("TrackItWeekly", "we", "us").
Program Overview
The TrackItWeekly Partner Program allows distributors, suppliers, consultants, associations, service providers, and industry organizations to introduce TrackItWeekly to the operators they serve. Partners receive a unique referral link, QR code, and referral code, plus access to a partner dashboard with marketing resources and referral performance reporting.
Partner Eligibility
- Participation requires an application and written acceptance by TrackItWeekly.
- Partners must accurately represent their business, reach, and relationship to the operators they refer.
- TrackItWeekly may accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.
Referral Attribution
- Each partner receives a unique referral link, QR code, and referral code.
- A referral is attributed to a partner when an operator signs up through that partner's link or QR code, or enters that partner's referral code.
- Each referral is attributed to exactly one partner. Attribution disputes are resolved by TrackItWeekly based on system records.
Benefits and Compensation
Benefits and compensation are defined per partnership type in the individual partner agreement provided upon acceptance. Depending on the partnership, benefits may take the form of recurring revenue, referral bounties, customer discounts, member benefits, or custom arrangements. No specific rate, amount, duration, or availability is guaranteed by this document; the individual partner agreement controls.
Data Privacy
- Partners never see any operator's inventory data, usage data, or private account information.
- Partners see only the status of their own referrals (such as clicked, trial started, converted) and their own aggregate performance.
- Each partner's dashboard shows only that partner's own referrals, performance, and rewards.
Modification
Real Operations, LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Partner Program or this agreement with 60 days' written notice to active partners. Changes to an individual partner's benefits are made through that partner's individual agreement.
Forfeiture for Cause
Partner benefits are forfeited if a partner account is terminated for cause, including misrepresentation, fraudulent or self-referred signups, abuse of attribution mechanics, or violation of this agreement or the TrackItWeekly Terms of Service.
