Does TrackItWeekly connect to Shopify and sync with my orders?
No — and honestly, Stocky didn't either. Stocky was a manual inventory counting tool, not a real-time order sync platform. TrackItWeekly does the same job: helps you count physical stock accurately and track what you have on hand. If you need live Shopify order sync, that's a different category of software (like Cin7 or Linnworks) at a much higher price point. We're focused on making the counting part fast, accurate, and mobile-friendly.
How do I get my products from Shopify into TrackItWeekly?
Export your product list from Shopify Admin (Products → Export as CSV), then import that file into TrackItWeekly. Your full item list — SKUs, names, quantities — loads in minutes. No reformatting or manual re-entry needed.
Can I still use Shopify for sales while using TrackItWeekly for counting?
Absolutely. Most of our customers use a separate POS or ecommerce platform for sales and TrackItWeekly for their physical stock counts. You run your weekly count in TIW, then update Shopify quantities manually or via CSV export. It's a clean separation that keeps your inventory accurate without needing a complex integration.
How long does the migration take?
